A workplace program

For teams that think clearly under pressure

Calm Connected is the on-site cognitive-motor program for organizations whose work depends on keeping the head clear when the load is high. Quarterly cohorts, coached delivery, measurable change across the group.

Format
Quarterly cohort · 8 sessions
Cadence
Twice a week · 20 min
Location
On-site, your space
Cohort
8–16 people per run

§ 01 — For teams where this matters

Thinking clearly is the job

Corporate wellness usually targets the wrong layer — posture, steps, nutrition reminders. This is not that. Calm Connected targets the specific capacity that high-performing work depends on: keeping cognitive-motor function intact under cumulative load.

I

Professional services

Law, consulting, finance, medicine. Cognitively dense work, long hours, decisions under pressure. The teams where sharpness is the entire product.

II

Executive teams

Leadership groups carrying strategic load on top of operational pace. Calm Connected gives the team a shared cognitive baseline that’s maintained, not hoped for.

III

Crews at pace

Engineering, operations, trading, emergency services. High-stakes teams working in uncertainty. The training that keeps reaction, attention, and composure where they need to be.

§ 02 — How it runs

The quarterly program

Eight sessions. Four weeks. On-site in your space, at a pace that fits around the work. We bring the coach, the equipment, and the protocol. You bring the cohort and the clear room.

  1. Week 00

    Intake, calibration, kickoff

A short call to scope the cohort, then an on-site morning: space check, coach handoff, individual intake per participant. Every session that follows starts from the baseline captured here.

  2. Week 01

    Two sessions, on-site

Twice that week, our coach runs the protocol on-site. Twenty minutes each. Participants rotate through; the rest of the day runs as normal.

  3. Weeks 02–04

    The middle stretch

Six more sessions across three weeks. Most cohorts notice the shift in week two — the same window consumer clients describe. By week four, trajectories identify how much further each person is likely to go.

  4. Quarterly

    Cohort report

At the end of the program, a summary across the cohort: attendance, improvement on three core measures, a plain-language interpretation. No individual performance is shared with leadership; participants receive their own report directly.

§ 03 — What’s different

Not corporate wellness

We train the system that underlies performance.
Not sleep tips and step counts. The cognitive-motor integration system — the one that actually holds when the day is heavy.
The protocol is coached, scored, and measurable.
Every session produces data. The cohort report isn’t an engagement metric — it’s change on the measures that matter.
Participants keep their own data.
Individual performance is never shared with the employer. Leadership sees cohort-level outcomes; participants see their own.
Grounded in three decades of research.
The protocol comes out of Dr. Lauren Sergio’s lab at York University — the same cognitive-motor integration paradigm used in our consumer studio (Otrada) and our defence research program.
On-site, so it happens.
Lunch-and-learns die. Apps get uninstalled. Coached sessions on-site, on a schedule, with a cohort — those actually run.

§ 04 — The science, briefly

Built on the research

Cognitive-motor integration is the neurological system that coordinates thinking and moving under load. It’s the first thing that goes when you’re cognitively exhausted, and the thing that returns when you train it.

Bring it to your team

If Calm Connected fits the shape of your team, we’d like to hear from you. A short call to understand the cohort, then a proposal with scope, timing, and cost.
